I have worked with Sensortronic Scales now for 4 years in my capacity as one of the “go to guys“ at Inghams and have always had a helpful and timely response to our needs, in our management of scales, in the plant; as weighing issues are critical in this industry. Our requirements range from 5 gram increments up to truck weighbridge weights and the tech's are always easy to work in with and I have no problem recommending the company services.

Sensortronic Scales provides Nufarm NZ with scale sales and service. Their standard of service is excellent and good response times mean that we keep costly downtime to a minimum.
Their staff "know" scales and are very well placed to provide us with scale solutions that will work best for us.
We use a variety of scales on site, ranging from those required to weigh a small number of grams, right up to those that are required to work in thousands of kgs. Sensortronic can do them all!

As a long term customer of Sensortronic Scales we have had excellent service from the Sales and Service dept.
Early last year we heard that existing key Service Technicians were retiring, at this stage we were very concerned about the future experience and knowledge that was being lost and how it was going to affect us. Also wondered who was going to do our scale calibrations and servicing.
However, dealing with with the new Service Manager and two new young Service Technicians has answered these questions/concerns as they have proved to be very capable of meeting our needs. Also, Sensortronics response times have been as good as before, especially when we have a real urgent problem to be attended to.
