Nufarm NZ As a long term customer of Sensortronic Scales we have had excellent service from the Sales and Service dept.Early last year we heard that existing key Service Technicians were retiring, at this stage we were very concerned about the future experience and knowledge that was being lost and how it was going to affect us. Also wondered who was going to do our scale calibrations and servicing. However, dealing with with the new Service Manager and two new young Service Technicians has answered these questions/concerns as they have proved to be very capable of meeting our needs. Also, Sensortronics response times have been as good as before, especially when we have a real urgent problem to be attended to. United Industries Limited Sensortronic Scales have been maintaining and servicing the weighing scale requirements at Old Fashioned Foods (Penrose) for nearly a decade.
